Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship to the UK. We aim to process orders within 1-4 working days, then shipping times will be added to this.
All of our items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and takes approx. 1-2 days
Bextra Buddies is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or delays.
Please check your details. We are not responsible for shipping information you may have entered incorrectly. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination. If it is sent back to us we can reschedule the shipping, however, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the postage cost to send it again.
As most of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your order then please send us an email within 2 days of receiving it and we will be happy to help.
If you have ordered the wrong size bandana or non-personalised t-shirt then we can accept exchanges. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us to arrange this.
Care Instructions
- All products are machine washable.
- To prolong the life of your items further, we recommend to spot clean and lay flat to air dry.
- For a perfect bandana, iron flat.
- Do not iron directly on Vinyl

We recommend that dogs are supervised at all times whilst wearing their bandanas. Bextra Buddies is not responsible for the improper use of these products on pets or humans.
